The number of shares and votes in Vimian Group AB (publ) (“Vimian”) increased during September as a result of a share issue of D shares, E1 2026 shares and E2 2026 shares, within the framework of Vimian’s incentive program LTIP 2026/2029

Today, the last trading day of the month, there are a total of 533,318,550 shares in Vimian. 527,306,168 shares are ordinary shares with one vote per share. 772,200 shares are C shares, 3,366,577 shares are D shares, 276,290 shares are E1 2025 shares, 276,297 shares are E2 2025 shares, 276,300 shares are E3 2025 shares, 522,359 shares are E1 2026 shares and 522,359 shares are E2 2026 shares, each with one-tenth of a vote per share. The total number of votes in Vimian is 527,907,406.2.
